Patrick Bailey is Director of Education at the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra Music Institute (PYOMI) and Director & Conductor of the Philadelphia Youth Symphonic Band.   He has joined Swarthmore as Interim Director of the Swarthmore Wind Ensemble for the Spring 2026 semester.
