Chandler Dangerfield is a West Philly native and community-engaged social worker whose work
sits at the intersection of higher education, nonprofits, and civic life. She earned her B.A. in
Psychology from West Chester University and her M.S.W. in Community, Organization, and
Social Action from University of Pittsburgh. Over the past decade, Chandler has built a career
rooted in strategic planning, program development, capacity building, and partnership cultivation
across nonprofit and campus settings. Her work is grounded in research-informed strategy and
designing engagement systems that help institutions live more fully into their missions. Guided by a people-centered and strengths-based philosophy, Chandler is committed to co-creating equitable opportunities and cultivating spaces where students and communities feel seen, supported, and empowered.
