Mertz Hall

Situated right down the hill from Parrish and the academic buildings, Mertz is fairly close to everything and has expansive green spaces around the community. With a homey feel, this residential community boasts a grand staircase upon entering the building. A large family room type space with a kitchen off to the left of it and a computer area with printer, walking into Mertz feels more like walking into someone’s front door. Housing students from all four classes, Mertz holds up the tradition of mixed classes within the residential communities. With only three floors, Mertz opens up each floor to a lounge and kitchenette area. Rooms are a mix of doubles and singles with most rooms having lots of space and large closets. The rooms are mostly carpeted with painted cinder block and shades on the windows.
