- Can I register for on-campus housing without registering for Alumni Weekend events?
No, on-campus housing is restricted to those guests purchasing a reunion package; on-campus housing is not available with a la carte registration. We cannot offer on-campus accommodations to individuals who are not registered for Alumni Weekend. Learn more about accommodations.
- Can I make a change to my registration after it has been finalized?
To change your registration, contact Alumni and Family Programs at alumni@swarthmore.edu or 610-328-7332. ​​
- How will I know that my registration is confirmed?
After completing the registration process online, you should have received a confirmation email. This confirmation email will be resent to you on Wednesday, May 24. If you requested on-campus housing while registering for Alumni Weekend 2023, you will receive an additional confirmation email in May.

- If I cancel my registration, can I get a refund?
Yes, please request your refund no later than May 24. If you need to cancel your registration after that date due to a close contact or positive COVID-19 test, we will happily honor your request.
​When requesting your refund, you may wish to consider donating your registration fee to The Swarthmore Fund to support current Swarthmore students. You can designate your gift to a specific area such as financial aid, an academic department, an athletic team, the Student Emergency Fund, or whatever inspires you.- What's the resource fee?
Registration does not cover the full cost of Alumni Weekend. The resource fee ($10/registrant) helps cover the additional expenses of Alumni Weekend, including support from Public Safety, Environmental Services, and student workers.
- Do I need to register my children?
Children 4 and under are free and you do not need to register them for Alumni Weekend. Dependents ages 5–20 receive discounted pricing and should be registered for all meals and activities.
