Checking In

50th Reunion Check-In
The Class of '67 may check in at their dorm, Alice Paul Hall, during the following hours: 
• Thursday, May 25 Noon–9 p.m. 
• Friday, May 26 7 a.m.–11 p.m. 
• Saturday, May 27 8 a.m.–8 p.m. 
 

Thursday Arrivals
If you are not part of the 50th reunion and you book a room for Thursday night, please come to Shane Student Lounge, Parrish Hall for assistance from 3–9 p.m.
 

Friday Arrivals
On Friday, all-alumni check-in is in Parrish Hall, Shane Student Lounge from 10 a.m.–11 p.m. 
 

Saturday Arrivals
On Saturday, check-in is in Parrish Hall, Shane Student Lounge from 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
 

Late Arrivals
If you have reserved a room on-campus but will arrive on campus when check-in is closed, you may pick up your room key(s) from Public Safety in Benjamin West House. Please notify alumniweekend@swarthmore.edu or 610-328-7332 if you anticipate a late arrival.

Registration

Registration will be open Parrish Hall, Shane Student Lounge during the following hours:

Thursday  3–9 p.m.
Friday  10 a.m.–11 p.m.
Saturday  8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Sunday  8 a.m.–2 p.m. (open for dorm key and OneCard)
 

Alumni Weekend headquarters are in Kohlberg Hall, Room 115, and our staff will be there to assist you during the following hours:

Friday  8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturday  8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Sunday  8 a.m.–2 p.m.

When the Alumni Weekend headquarters is closed, please direct your questions to the Public Safety office in Benjamin West House. 

Parking

Four lots are available for Alumni Weekend parking. All lots are accessible from Chester Road (Route 320) south and are clearly marked with directional signs. Please note: There is now a traffic circle on Chester Road (Route 320) south of the SEPTA underpass. Pay close attention to the new traffic pattern. 

Parking is available on Field House Lane and in the Cunningham lot (on College Avenue across Route 320), Benjamin West lot, and DuPont lot (near the water tower).

Accessible parking is available close to buildings throughout campus, but only vehicles with special accessibilities placards or license plates can park in those designated areas; others will be towed. Learn more about accessible parking
