Taylor Kang ’23

I’m currently a Product Manager at Chatham Financial, building software that supports the end-to-end lifecycle of financial derivatives, with a focus on interest rate caps. My work spans trade intake, onboarding, and execution lifecycle management, bridging product strategy, design, and software engineering to translate financial workflows into scalable technology. Math at Swarthmore taught me how to break down complex problems, evaluate different outcomes, and think through the nuances - skills I rely on every day to navigate tradeoffs, make better decisions, and build for the long term.
