Roe Crawford ’25
Since graduating from Swarthmore in 2025, I earned a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and recently started a signal processing role at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. My Swarthmore mathematics degree was the foundation that propelled me through graduate school, and I still look back at my PDE coursework when working with Bessel functions and Fourier transforms in my current role. Outside of work, I teach for the APL STEM Academy (currently intro to circuits) and take courses at Johns Hopkins to continue my journey as a lifelong learner.
