I joined the Cincinnati Reds as a Baseball Analytics Trainee in 2023 and currently work in Player Development as a Senior Hitting Analyst. In this role, I use advanced data to monitor and identify performance changes among our minor league hitters. I collaborate closely with coaches and players to translate complex information into clear, actionable reports. This position has also given me the opportunity to travel across the country to visit our minor league affiliates. I love my role because it allows me to apply my technical skills while remaining involved in on-field work.
