ALL FESTIVAL ATTENDEES SHOULD DRESS COMFORTABLY .PARTICPANTS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE.

The Dance of Our Ancestors Festival will host events at both Swarthmore College (Swarthmore, Pennsylvania) and Temple University (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). Panel Discussions and Workshops, which happen during the daytime will take place at the Eugene & Theresa Lang Performing Arts Center at Swathmore. Master Dance Classes, Open Rehearsals, and the Gala Dance Concert will take place at Temple University. The Performance at Swarthmore on January 15th is intended for young audiences and community outreach organizations only. (Consult Community Outreach Coordinator, C. Kemal Nance for more details.) The D of A Staff will only provide van tranportation for Arts Professional Attendees. D of A Festival attendees should prepare to secure their own transportation between Swarthmore College and Temple University Main campuses. SEPTA (South Eastern Public Transporation Authority) provides a train that travels from campus to campus.
