Math/Stat department sponsored club, organized with the intention of providing and encouraging further black representation in the Math/Stat Department.
Inspired by Prof. Mavinga, it became evident to Us that black students generally do not continue taking Math/Stat courses after their first math course at Swat. We want to reverse this trend,by combatting the common issues Black students find themselves running into in these introductory math courses.
