A major in political science offers students the substantive knowledge and analytic skills to embark on a variety of career paths, including the law, foreign service, domestic public policy and administration, policy and advocacy work within non-governmental organizations, and academia.

Idealist. A resource for finding internships in non-profits, both in the U.S. and internationally. 

House Employment Bulletin. A newsletter listing open positions, including Internships, in the US House of Representatives. 

Senate Internship Opportunities.  Frequently updated listing of open internships in the U.S. Senate. 

PA State Job Board.  Database of open positions, including internships, across the PA state government. 

USAJobs Pathways Program. Internships and jobs for students and recent college graduates interested in careers with the federal government.
