For every discipline and program at the College, a subject specialist librarian is available to assist faculty and students at any stage of the research process. Our subject specialists are a wonderful resource when beginning a new research project. They acquire materials to build our research collections, provide instruction on research methods, and serve as liaisons between academic departments and the Libraries. Anyone is welcome to meet them at the Research & Information Desk, or in their offices by appointment.
Additionally, peer research tutors are available via the Reference and Information Associates (RIA) Program. RIAs staff the McCabe Library Research and Information Desk on Sunday, 1pm-5pm & 7pm - 10pm; Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7-10pm; and Wednesday 5-10pm.
