Common Data Set
The Common Data Set (CDS) establishes a standard format and common definitions for reporting institutional data. It was developed in partnership between publishers who frequently request data and the educational community.
It includes information about enrollment and persistence, admissions, financial aid, academic offerings and policies, student life, annual expenses, instructional faculty, and class size. Swarthmore supplements the CDS with information about degree programs and athletics. (See Section K.)
