Summary, Payment Statistics, Enrollment Statistics, Changes Since Previous
Month Report Summary, Pending Applications (Numbers only - No Plan Names),
Pending Service Area Summary (Numbers only - No Plan Names); The Enrollment
and Payment Summary, which Lists by Type of Contract all Medicare HMO/CMP
plans that are active as of the first day of the requested month; The Summary
of Medicare Risk/Cost/HCPP Contracts, by Model type and Ownership type,
that are active as of the first day of the requested month, and includes
both number of contracts and Enrollment totals; The Medicare Prepaid Operations
* Post TEFRA Only, with totals of all signed active Post Tefra, Old Risk
and Demo Contracts that are active as of the first day of the requested
month; The Medicare Enrollee Distribution by State, which Provides a summary,
by State, of Risk, Cost and HCPP Medicare contracts, including National
totals; and The Benefit and Premium Summary * Plan Counts, which Displays
