PSRF Project: We are What we Eat: Sustainable Food

Isabel is involved in gardening at Swarthmore with the Good Food Project and the Scott Arboretum. She first became involved in sustainability during her senior year of high school, when she took a course in sustainable land stewardship.
“I'm hoping to help improve dining at Swarthmore in terms of sustainability and by making information about the relationship between nutrition and sustainable food resources available to the campus community.”
