Isaiah joined Swarthmore College in the Summer of 2014, and provides general oversight of the student residential experience, which includes both housing operations and educational initiatives that complement the student in-classroom experience. Isaiah oversees the Resident Assistant program, as well as provides supervision to Residential Communities Coordinators, professional staff that provide supervision of individual residence halls and manages student concerns that arise in each community.
Prior to Swarthmore College, Isaiah served as Assistant Director of Student Affairs at Penn State University, Resident Director and Intercultural Competency Coordinator at Semester at Sea, and Hall Director at Carleton College.
