Campus Resource Reservations and Mobile Ordering

In order to maintain physical distancing and help support the safety of our students, faculty, and staff, we are encouraging students and those working on campus to make timed reservations when using certain campus facilities, including Sharples Dining Hall.

You can now easily use the GET website or app (download on your Apple or Android device), the same tool you use to keep track of your Garnet Cash, to make a dining reservation at Sharples Dining Hall, a reservation for use of other campus facilities including laundry rooms (students only), Athletics, the List Gallery and for mobile ordering at Essie Mae's, Science Center Cafe, and Kohlberg Coffe Bar.

Making a Reservation at Sharples

  • Open GET
  • Explore section and select Sharples Dining Hall
  • Select Start An Order
  • Select a Pickup Time
  • Select a day and time (note that  ASAP is next available, including the current time)
  • Select Confirm
  • Select Continue
  • Select Sharples Dining Meal, and then select Sharples Dining Meal again on next screen
  • Select Add 1 Meal
  • Select View Cart
  • Select Payment Method
  • For the fall 2020 semester it will be the Fall 2020 Meal Plan
  • Go to the bottom and select Schedule Order 1 Meal

You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation once your time has been scheduled. Be sure to save your email to show the checker when you enter Sharples. 

Note, you can make your reservation up to six days in advance, and we recommend you make your reservation at least a day in advance.

Mobile Food Ordering at Essie Maes, Science Center, and Kohlberg

  • Open GET
  • Explore section and select your merchant. 
    • Essie Maes Cafe and Science Center Cafe will allow use of OneCard funds (Dining Dollars, Garnet Cash) or credit card
    • Essie Maes Late Night Meal Equivalency will allow use of your daily meal plan equivalency (i.e. Late Night Snack) (students only)
    • Kohlberg Coffee Bar will allow use of a Meal Swipe during lunch Mon-Fri, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 pm. 
  • Select Start An Order
  • Select a Pickup Time
  • Select a day and time (note that  ASAP is next available, including the current time).  Advanced ordering may not always be available in all locations.
  • Select Continue
  • Choose your menu items
    • Select View Cart for Essie Maes Cafe, Essie Maes Late Night Meal Equivalency (students only),  and Science Center Cafe
    • Select Add 1 Meal for Kohlberg Coffee Bar then select View Cart 
  • Select Payment Method
  • For Essie Maes Cafe and Science Center Cafe it will be OneCard Payment or Credit Card
  • For Essie Maes Late Night Meal Equivalency it will be Meal Equivalency (for greater than $7 it will deduct Dining Dollars) (students only)
  • For Kohlberg Coffee Bar it will be your current meal plan
  • Go to the bottom and select Place Order

You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Be sure to save your email to show the checker when you arrive for pick-up.

Making a Reservation at Non-Dining Locations

In addition to Dining reservations, GET can currently be used to make reservations for Res Hall Laundry Rooms (students only), Athletics Facilities (Matchbox, Mullan Tennis Center, Ware Pool, Field House, Tarble Pavilion), and the List Gallery. There is no charge or fee associated with these non-dining reservations.

  • Open GET
  • Select a merchant under the Explore section.
  • Select “Start An Order”
  • Select a Pickup Time
    • ASAP is next available including current time
    • Or select day and time
  • Select Confirm
  • Select Continue
  • Select the reservation type (Laundry, Athletics, List Gallery)
  • Select  reservation type again on next screen
  • Select Add 1 Meal (you are not using an actual meal, but it is a plan set up for making reservations)
  • Select View Cart
  • Select Payment Method
  • For reservation it will be Reservation (9999meals)
  • Select Schedule Order 1 Meal

You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation once your reservation has been placed.

Canceling a Reservation or Mobile Food Order

You have the ability to cancel a mobile food order or reservation that is still in the “pending” state.  This can be done on both the GET web site and mobile app.

  • Go to Order/Reservation on the GET web site or Order on the mobile app.
  • Go to Recent Orders
  • Any orders still showing as “pending” can be cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation that your order or reservation has been canceled.
