Be Well, Be Safe, and Just Breathe: Living Well in College
3 p.m.–4 p.m. in LPAC
Physical, intellectual, mental, sexual, and spiritual health are critical components to your overall well-being as a student and person, but it can be hard to ask for help. Join Student Health and Wellness Services, the Athletics Department, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), the Office of Student Engagement (OSE), Religious and Spiritual Life, and Public Safety to learn about the programs, support, and advice they offer.

College offers many new experiences, which may include exposure to alcohol and other drugs (AOD). This interactive discussion will provide a follow-up to AlcoholEDU while offering additional information to empower students.
