Just breath

Are you feeling anxious? Do you feel stressed?

College can be a time of great excitement and lots of news ideas and experiences, but it can also be overwhelming at times. Sometimes the best thing to do when you are feeling stressed and distracted is to pause, take a deep breath, hold it, and breathe out again. 

The Interfaith Center is pleased to offer the Swarthmore community 15 minutes of guided, inclusive contemplative practice every Tuesday from 11:00 - 11:15am to allow you to pause, breath, and refocus. Center staff and affiliate advisors will lead participants in meditation and other practices for cultivating spirit, building resilience and simply slowing down. The meditation will be led by one of the religious student advisors or affiliate student advisors and will be available both in-person and via Zoom. If you would like to meet in person you are invited to the meditation room (IC 003).

All are welcome--no spiritual orientation or prior experience is required. Please contact the Interfaith Center for the Zoom link to attend.
