Raffles and Prizes
6:30 a.m.–10 p.m.
Kick off the week by visiting a no cost group exercise class or simply visit the Matchbox to workout on your own. All class participants and visitors to the Matchbox will be eligible for raffles and prizes today!

Wellness Breakfast Break
8:30–9:30 a.m., light refreshments begin at 8 a.m.
Our friends from from Carebridge will offer a breakfast session on "Managing Time and Attention in an Age of Distractions.” This session will help you explore the value of focus as well as the cost of distraction.
Spring Screenings with Independence Blue Cross and Areufit Health Services
We will be offering biometric screenings and chair massages! Be sure to register with the links above as slots fill up quickly.

Wednesday is National Walk at Work Day! Celebrate by joining our friends in Athletics for a community walk around the track. We will also collect children's books for donation to our local City Team in Chester, so don’t forget bring along your favorite story.
Zumba with Zac!
Zumba is a Latin-inspired, high energy, calorie torching, dance party of a workout! There are many dance styles incorporated into a Zumba class so there is something for everyone. Our instructor Zac is a current student and a dance favorite. All levels of ability and experience are welcome.

Drop by and sample some healthy, delicious dishes and learn tips and tricks for making your own tasty meals at home. This is designed as a free-flow drop-in format with the dietitian cooking and serving samples and discussing key talking points continually. You may come and go as you choose and stay for as little or as long as you like.
