Tickets are required to attend Commencement in the Scott Amphitheater. Each graduate will be eligible to receive four guest tickets to distribute as they wish.
Distribution of tickets
Commencement tickets will be distributed to students at rehearsal on Friday, May 25 at 2 p.m. in the Scott Amphitheater (rain location is the Eugene and Theresa Lang Performing Arts Center).
As a reminder, each member of the Class of 2018 will receive four (4) tickets for their guests to attend Commencement in the Scott Outdoor Amphitheater. Your four (4) tickets for amphitheater seating will be distributed to you during the rehearsal that takes place the Friday (May 25th) before Commencement. Due to the limited seating in the Scott Outdoor Amphitheater, the size of the graduating class, and that no tickets have been returned for redistribution, the College is unable to run a lottery for additional amphitheater tickets.
If you are not going to use all four tickets, we hope you will return the extras so they can be distributed to others. To do so, please respond to firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of tickets you will not need.
Please note: A simultaneous, high quality telecast of the graduation ceremony can also be viewed in the air-conditioned comfort of the Lang Performing Arts Center, the Scheuer Room, and other campus spaces. These spaces will not require tickets.
In the event of rain, tickets are needed for Baccalaureate in the Lang Performing Arts Center and seniors will be given the tickets with their senior packet in April.
