"I've certainly always been happy with my interactions with the Career Services office, and have found the office to be helpful. Career Services helped my department organize an alumni career panel two years ago. I certainly was pleased with how the panel event went, and was happy to have the support of Career Services."

"While I was chair of Biology, I worked with Career Services to organize an alumni panel, bringing back 8 biology alums who had careers outside of universities...The panel was well attended by students and several students in other departments expressed wishes that their departments would do the same. During a break in the panel presentation, staff members from Career Services were available for students - answering questions about resumes, and interviews. I send my students to Career Services to get advice of all sorts on careers, resumes, connections with alumni."

"I had a terrific experience with Career Services. I had floated the idea of hosting a symposium on careers in the performing arts, and Career Services helped me to secure funding and provided such wonderful administrative support...the event brought together alumni, faculty, and current students from Music, Dance, and Theater and was a great success."

--Tom Whitman, Department of Music and Dance
