Student Administrative Assistance Job at the Aydelotte Foundation
The Aydelotte Foundation is currently hiring a student worker to assist us with administrative tasks.
Under the direction of the Senior Associate Director, student workers support the administrative tasks of the Aydelotte Foundation.
Students can expect to work between 4 to 8 hours of permanently assigned shifts each week. Shifts to occur primarily during the day.
Preparation of course materials for Aydelotte Foundation Seminar, spring 2018.
Recording/transcribing relevant events on campus of interest to the Aydelotte Foundation.
Updating of Aydelotte Foundation web pages and social media accounts with basic content/event announcements.
Tracking relevant social media conversations/interactions.
Promotion of events and meetings through on-campus systems and across general and targeted platforms.
Setting up and breaking down of scheduled Aydelotte Foundation events/receptions.
Setting-up of “pop-up maker labs” or other programming.
Other tasks as assigned.
General Qualities Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work both as a member of a team and independently.
Experience with information technology.

Established in 2012, the Aydelotte Foundation is an independent, interdisciplinary research center and intellectual community located at Swarthmore College. It supports the creation and dissemination of knowledge about liberal arts education as it exists across the broadest possible range of contexts and institutions.
