Introducing the Alumni Weekend Digital Guide 

In coordination with campuswide sustainability efforts and to provide a more user-friendly experience, we are providing the Alumni Weekend Digital Guide through the Swarthmore College mobile app. This app can be downloaded to your tablet or smartphone. The full schedule of events, College facility hours, important phone numbers, and much more is available on the Alumni Weekend Digital Guide. The guide can also be accessed from your desktop or mobile browser

We strongly encourage you to download the mobile guide to enhance your experience, including planning your weekend with a personalized schedule, receiving important updates, and connecting with fellow attendees.

Powered by Guidebook, the Swarthmore College mobile app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.

How do I get the Alumni Weekend Digital Guide?

The easiest way to download the Guide to your mobile phone is to visit and follow the prompts to download the app, or open the Swarthmore app and download the Alumni Weekend guide.

COVID-19 Policies

All visitors to campus, including alumni and families, must be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations or have a negative rapid antigen test result within 24 hours of coming to campus. The College considers individuals up to date on their COVID-19 vaccine if they have received both an initial, primary series of vaccinations AND a COVID-19 booster shot as soon as they are eligible. Children under 5 are not required to test before visiting campus. While masking is always encouraged, individuals are not required to wear masks indoors on campus, except in Lang Music Building and Lang Performing Arts Center.
