On-Campus Housing

Registration for on-campus housing has closed. If you requested a room while registering for Alumni Weekend 2022, you should have received a confirmation email on Thursday, May 12 with important information about your reservation and what to expect when staying on campus.  Residence hall assignments and room numbers will not be available until check-in. We make every effort to house classes together, but we are unable to guarantee you will all stay in the same residence hall.

As a reminder, on-campus housing is limited to basic dorm rooms, which have only the bare essentials: two sheets, one pillow and pillowcase, one blanket, two towels, and soap. Bathrooms are communal and rooms with private baths are not available. Most residence halls do not have air conditioning.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, or have questions about housing, please contact alumniweekend@swarthmore.edu or 610-328-7332.

COVID-19 Policies

All visitors to campus, including alumni and families, must be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations or have a negative rapid antigen test result within 24 hours of coming to campus. The College considers individuals up to date on their COVID-19 vaccine if they have received both an initial, primary series of vaccinations AND a COVID-19 booster shot as soon as they are eligible. Children under 5 are not required to test before visiting campus. While masking is always encouraged, individuals are not required to wear masks indoors on campus, except in Lang Music Building and Lang Performing Arts Center.

All events are subject to change in order to protect the health and safety of our community. By registering for Alumni Weekend, you agree to follow Swarthmore College’s COVID-19 policies. The College's COVID-19 Information site has the most up-to-date information regarding masking, vaccination, and other policies for visitors to campus
