Each year, Alumni & Parent Engagement (A&PE) receives a multitude of requests for bands and other performers. Space on campus that can accommodate these types of events is limited. Our office strives to offer a wide variety of entertainment to appeal to the broad cross-section of alumni who attend each year. We take into consideration the class year of performers, genre and style of performances, audio visual requirements, venue type, and budget.
For these reasons we ask all interested performers to complete this form by November 15. In late November A&PE, in consultation with the alumni selection committee, will consider all nominations and finalize entertainment options for the weekend schedule. Everyone who submits a request will receive a response early in the new year.
Requests received after Nov. 15 will be considered on a rolling basis. All requests that meet the deadline take priority over late requests.
Alumni performers do not receive direct payment, however we do find appropriate ways to show our appreciation for their time and talents.
