Zheng Zheng '11 is an Honors Biology Major from Wynnewood, PA. She is currently serving as the Chair of Swarthmore Wellness Awareness Team's Leadership Committee, and is also a part of the Wellness Study Breaks Committee. As one of the founding members of SWATeam, Zheng is trained in relaxation and focusing techniques, stress management, physical fitness, and nutritional remedies for stressful living. During Freshman Orientation 2009, she led various wellness sessions such as "Smart Eating at Sharples," "Yoga under the Stars," and "Stress-relieving Journaling." During the school year, Zheng has helped to organize various student wellness events such as the Emergen-C Parrish Parlor Party, the Relax and Regress Study Breaks in McCabe Library, the Relaxation Wellness Party, and Dr. Abbe Blum's presentation on" Taking off the Cape of Dread: How to Write and Finish Things." Zheng continues to work with members of SWATeam to promote student health and wellness at Swarthmore College.
