On Nov 14: the Garnet finished in 9th place in a field of 37 squads at th NCAA III Mid-East Regionals. Marc Jeuland paced the Garnet with a 24th place finish, gordon Roble finished 51st, Sam Evans 53rd, Josh Bloom 81st and Marc Nierman 83rd.

On Nov 14: The Garnet placed 7th in a field of 40 squads at the NCAA Mid-East Regionals. Joko Agunloye led the Garnet with a fourth place finish in atime of 18:48.28 to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships. Karen Lloyd finished in 43rd place while amelia Jerison placed 69th, Sarah McClure 74th and Alissa Parmeleee rounded out the scoring with an 82nd place finish.

On Nov. 21: Joko Agunloye finished in 81st place at the NCAA Championships in a time of 19:18.09.

ECAC Semifinal at Wesley

On Nov 4: The Garnet topped Muhlenberg 3-2 on the second overtime period to advance to the semifinals of the ECAC Mid -Atlantic Championship. With 12:12 remaining in the second OT period Holly Baker converted a penalty stroke to give the Garnet the victory. Swarthmore jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first half on a Jen Hagan goal but the Mules tied the contest just a minute later the went up 2-1 with four minutes remaining in the first. Kim Cariello tied the game just 55 seconds later on a break away goal. The game remained scoreless until Baker's tally. Jane Kendall turned away five Mule shots for the victory. Swat advances to Saturday's semifinal at Wesley college in Dover, DE, the Garnet will square off with the host Wolverines at 2:00 pm. Nov 7: the Garnet lost at Wesley 2-1, Holly Baker scored the lone Garnet goal with 2:06 remaining in the contest.

On Nov. 21: Donna Griffin scored the lone goal to give the Division III South squad a 1-0 vistory over the Division III north squat at the Senior North South Game. Holly Baker recorded an assist for the Division III South squad in a 2-1 loss against the Division II All-Star Squad.

Nov 14: The Garnet Tide lost the season finale to Washington & Lee 37-7. The Generals jumped out to an early 7-0 lead scoring on their first possession, building a 31-0 halftime cushion with a 21 point second quarter. The Tide's lone score came on a Joe Aleffi three-yard run with 1:59 remaining in the game. Senior quarterback JP Harris tied a school record with 46 pass attempts. He completed a career-high 21 for 268 yards. His main target, senior Brian Bell caught seven passes for 80 yards while freshman WR Blake Atkins cught a career-best six passes for 81 yards. In their final constests defensive linemen Charlie Parlapanides collected seven tackles and Tony Skiadas recorded six each had one tackle for a loss. Senior WR Mason Tootell caught three balls for 33 yards and completed a pass for 26 yards. The losing streak is now at 28 games.

National ITA in Memphis, TN

On October 22-24: Greg Emkey lost his first round match to Jeevan Ramakrishnan of Trinity (TX) 6-1, 6-2 in the ITA Rolex National Small College Tennis Championships in Memphis, TN. Emkey advances to the consolation round tomorrow at 8:30 am against Cole Newman of Denison University. The doubles team of Emkey and Peter Schilla dropped a first round decision to Eric Chen and Ben Cook of MIT, 6-4, 6-1. In the consolation bracket Emkey placed seventh in singles with a default victory over Puvan Khurana of Brooklyn College. In doubles Emkey and Schilla finished in seventh place with 3-6, 6-1, 6-2 victory over the Middlebury College squad.

Oct 10-11: The Garnet swept all six singles flights of the Capitol Classisc. Jen Pao captured the first flight with a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Katy Everson of Scranton. Fran Simonds defeated Danielle Schneider of Scranton 7-5, 6-3 to take Flight 2 singles. Laura Swerdlow toped Casey Singer of Scranton 6-0, 6-4 to win Flight 3 singles. Wendy Kemp topped Scranton's Colleen Nattrass 7-5, 6-3 to win Flight 4 Singles. Beth Tsai topped Kristie Kubik 6-4, 6-0 to win Flight 5 Singles and Laura Brown topped Kate Monaghan 7-6, 6-2 to win Flight 6 Singles.
