Meal Plan Selection for the Fall 2017 semester ends at midnight on Sunday, August 13, 2017.

To select your meal plan you will need to log onto your mySwarthmore account and choose a plan from the drop down box. You will only be able to select from the plans that are available to you.

If you do not select a plan, you will be placed on the SWAT PLAN as the default.

How to navigate “mySwarthmore” to select your plan:

Log onto mySwarthmore, then click on the "Student Information" tab.

Scroll down to “Select your Meal Plan,” and click on the link to select your plan from the drop down box.

Remember to save your selection.

Meal Plans by class:

First-year students will only be able to select between the SWAT PLAN and the GARNET PLAN.

SWAT Plan

Provides unlimited meals and has $150.00 Points and $150.00 Swat Points. You can use unlimited meals throughout the semester. You may only use your card for personal swipes with this plan. All plans allow for one Late Night Snack Equivalency, and comes with 3 guest meals a semester. All points and swat points do not carry over from semester to semester. They must be used by the day the meal plan ends at the end of each semester.

GARNET Plan

Is a block of 275 meals with $300.00 Points and $200.00 Swat Points. You will have 275 meals to use throughout the semester. All plans allow for one Late Night Snack Equivalency, which will deduct one meal from your plan per use, and comes with 3 guest meals a semester. All points and swat points do not carry over from semester to semester. They must be used by the day the meal plan ends at the end of each semester.

Points and Swat Points

Points can be used at College Dining venues: Sharples Dining Hall, Essie Mae's Snack Bar, and both the Science Center and Kohlberg Coffee Bars.

Swat Points can be used at all College Dining venues or at participating merchants in the Borough of Swarthmore.

Reminder: All points and swat points do not carry over from semester to semester. They must be used by the day the meal plan ends at the end of each semester.

Additional Items:

As a reminder, if you are planning to be on campus during breaks (Fall, Thanksgiving, and Spring), remember to budget your Points and Swat Points accordingly for use during these breaks.

In addition, Dining Services does their best to accommodate meals for religious observances.

Grace period for changing meal plans is Friday, September 1, 2017 through Friday, September 15, 2017. No changes to the meal plan will be permitted after September 15, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. All changes during the grace period must be done through the OneCard Office.
