Reserve a Space
Instructions for reserving space:
To get started, please check the OSE calendar to get a sense of what else is happening on-campus on the day that you’re planning your event. Once you’ve done that, please complete all fields on the form below in order to process your space reservation. The form should be used for any individual student, club, and/or organization’s parties, events, and/or meetings (this includes parties/events that are open and closed to the campus). Space must be reserved before any aspects of the planning process can continue.
Please note: Student party and event reservations entered directly into the EMS system will not be approved.
Exceptions: Athletic, BCC, Friends Meeting House, Intercultural Center, LPAC, Lang Music, Lang Center for Civic Engagment, and Sharples space reservations must be made through the appropriate departments (these spaces can be reserved through the EMS system).
Student support staff requests: All requests for SwatTeam, Swaudio, and Events Assistants will be handled after the party or event is confirmed by the Office of Student Engagement.
Making a Reservation:
Reservations for all events must be made AT A MINIMUM 7 days in advance of the party/event. If you are requesting any additional support or logistics (i.e. tables, chairs, stages, sound, etc.) 10 days is recommended. You should receive a response from the OSE within two business days.
Please note: your space is not confirmed until you get a confirmation back from the Office of Student Engagement.
