Eurithe K. LaBarthe (1845-1910):
Eurithe K. LaBarthe was elected to the Utah House of Representatives in 1896 and served from 1897-1898. She represented Salt Lake City. LaBarthe was an educator and former principal of a school in Colorado. Although mostly known as a clubwoman, she was also active in Democratic politics in Utah.
