Emma S. Ingalls (?-?):
Emma S. Ingalls served for two terms in the Montana state legislature, 1917 and 1919. Ingalls was from Kalispell, Flathead county. She was a district deputy of the Bureau of Child and Animal Protection in the early 1920s.
