Mary Woolley Chamberlain (1870-1953) [aka Mary W. Howard]:
Mary Woolley Chamberlain ran for town clerk and mayor of Kanab, Utah under the pseudonym of Mary W. Howard. Chamberlain served as town clerk in 1896. She was elected mayor of Kanab in 1911 and served from 1912-1913. Chamberlain also served as president of the town council
