Kora Callaway - (birth-death dates?):
Kora Callaway ran for the California state legislature, from the twenty-ninth district, representing San Francisco in 1918. Callaway received over 900 votes, but did not win election. Calloway was an educator and was born and raised in Missouri in a Socialist family

Dorris, shortly after taking office,
introduced a resolution urging Congress to pass the Women’s Suffrage Amendment.
