Provenance
The archives of the National Council for Prevention of War were presented to the Swarthmore College Peace Collection by the National Council for Prevention of War by a vote taken at the Executive Board Meeting in Washington (DC) on Oct. 28, 1966. In giving these papers, the National Council for Prevention of War transferred any literary and/or legal rights to the Swarthmore College Peace Collection. Frederick J. Libby and Faith Ward Libby also presented material for this collection.
