Arrangement
This series includes the basic records received from the national
FOR office prior to the accessions of 1975. In addition, ongoing
current materials (minutes, releases and literature) continue to be
added. The scheme follows that of the 1955 Checklist, but most of the
numbers have been changed in order to accomodate later acquisitions.
The files from regional and local FOR groups, both early and later
acquisitions, now constitute Section III.
