Committee for a Quaker Peace Witness (QPW), was organized during the November 1960 Washington Pilgrimage and two-day vigil at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. The group was chaired by Henry J. Cadbury; and it was also called the Quaker Peace Witness Committee. The workof the QPW was continued by the Friends Witness for World Order.
