		  Maryland. The papers are chiefly of Jacob Stout (1774-1855), of Smyrna, Kent
		  County, Delaware, who served as Governor of Delaware and Judge of Court of
		  Appeals, and Jonathan Alston of Leipsic, Delaware. </abstract>
