Farmington Quarterly Meeting was established in 1810, set off from Stanford Quarterly and comprising Farmington and Scipio Monthly Meetings. Scipio Quarterly was set off in 1825. After the Separation, the Hicksite branch joined Genesee Yearly Meeting on its establishment (1834). It changed from a Quarterly to a Half Yearly Meeting in 1900, while the Orthodox branch remained a quarterly meeting under New York Yearly Meeting. In 1958 Farmington Half Yearly merged with Farmington Quarterly, under New York Yearly. In 1962 Farmington and Scipio Quarterlies began to hold annual joint meetings. Farmington-Scipio Regional Meeting was established in 1975.
