In 1793 Saratoga Quarterly Meeting was established, set off from Nine Partners. Its name was changed to Easton in 1795, and set off Saratoga in 1815. The Hicksite branch of Easton Quarterly reunited with the Hicksite branch of Saratoga in 1871. In 1898 the meeting began to meet as Easton and Granville Half Yearly Meeting. On the laying down of Granville in 1924, the name was changed again to Easton, and then to Easton and Saratoga in 1927. In 1986, Easton and Saratoga joined Quaker Street Regional and Northern Quarterly to form Northeastern Regional Meeting.

Records of Easton and Saratoga Half Yearly Meeting (1927-1986) and its predecessors, Easton Half Yearly (Hicksite: 1924-27), Easton & Granville Half Yearly (1898-1924), Easton and Saratoga Quarterly (1871-1898), Easton Quarterly (Hicksite: 1828-1871), Easton Quarterly (1795-1828), and Saratoga Quarterly (Hicksite: 1828-71).
