Buffalo Niagara Friends Group was established as a meeting for worship in 1939. In 1940 it became a United monthly meeting under Scipio United Quarterly Meeting. By the early 1950's, the meeting name did not always include Niagara, and Buffalo Meeting was used exclusively after 1953. This meeting remains active.

Records of Buffalo Monthly Meeting and of the Buffalo Niagara Friends Group, 1939-ongoing. Includes: Minutes 1939-1970, Ministry & Counsel Clerk's files, 1960-69, Newsletter, 1946-73, 1982-87 and 1990-95, and miscellaneous records.
