Daniel Underhill Music Library

The Music library is located in the Lang Music Building, left off the lobby. It houses scores, books and periodicals in music and dance, CDs, sound recordings in various formats, and videos. The primary focus of the collection is music from the western classical tradition; other subject areas include jazz and non-western musics. Underhill has facilities for listening and recording, for viewing videos, and computers for the use of music software. Books, journals, videos, and sound recordings are included in TRIPOD. A number of local and remote information resources are available to assist with research in music and dance.
