Directory Information

There are a number of ways to obtain campus telephone directory information. While paper Swarthmore College directories are still produced and distributed, the most accurate telephone number information can be found by searching the online faculty/staff and student directories. There is also an automated voice-response telephone directory, available by calling ext. 8600 (610-328-8600 from off campus). This system will automatically connect you to a person or department on campus simply by speaking their name. This directory is also updated throughout the year.

The Swarthmore College Faculty/Staff Telephone Directory is published in late August and early January. It is provided to departments via campus mail for distribution to faculty and staff. It is also provided to students in the residence halls.

The Swarthmore College Student Telephone Directory is prepared by the Dean's Office in late August or early September. It is provided to students in the residence halls. It is also made available to Academic and Administrative departments in the Word Processing Office in Parrish Hall. Announcement of availability is made via e-mail.
