Telephone and Voicemail Problems

All telephone and voice mail problems, change requests, technical and departmental billing questions should be directed to the Restech Help Desk at ext. 6222 (or 610-957-6222 from off-campus), or send e-mail to restech@swarthmore.edu.

Someone is usually able to investigate the problem by the next work day (often the same day) and problems are usually resolved within the first visit. However, there are situations that may take several work days to resolve. We'll do our best to keep these occasions as infrequent as possible, and in return we ask for your understanding and patience when a quick resolution isn't possible. ITS staff will attempt to keep you informed of the progress of these repairs.

Please don't initiate repair calls by calling STC Services or individual ITS staff. Going through the Restech Help Desk is your best assurance of getting the appropriate response most quickly.
