In the Heights: A Conversation with Lin-Manuel Miranda
Event Abstract - Lin-Manuel Miranda is the composer-lyricist of the Broadway play In The Heights, which received four 2008 Tony Awards, including Best Musical. In the Heights tells the universal story of a vibrant community in Manhattan's Washington Heights-a neighborhood on the brink of change and manifesting the tensions that arise from gentrification, social mobility, conflicting loyalties, and family expectations. more
