Overview: This four-part, multi-day program will equip you with the tools to successfully navigate your crucial conversations - when opinions vary, the stakes are high, and emotions run strong. Learn how to spot the issues involved in those crucial conversations that you are avoiding or not holding well. Transform hurt and anger into powerful dialogue.

This training is not about communication as an end, but as a means. The purpose of the training is to enhance a handful of high-leverage skills that help people achieve the results they want.

Participants will learn to:

  • Identify problem situations and get unstuck
  • Stay focused on what you really want
  • Notice when a conversation turns crucial
  • Make it safe to talk about almost anything
  • Stay in dialogue when you're angry, scared, or hurt
  • Speak persuasively, not abrasively
  • Listen when others blow up or clam up
  • Turn crucial conversations into actions and results
