All benefit eligible staff who have completed one year of service members may:
- enroll, at no charge, for one course each semester at Swarthmore College for non-matriculating credit or audit
- receive partial reimbursement (up to $4,000 per year) of tuition expenses under the Tuition Reimbursement Program for successful completion of undergraduate, graduate, and vocational/technical courses (grade "C" or better) at other colleges or universities.
- Because the tuition reimbursement fund is limited, you must apply for the benefit. Employees are not guaranteed they will be granted the benefit every time they apply. Applications are available in Human Resources. You must first submit the application to your department head, chair, or supervisor. Your department head, chair, or supervisor will review the application, complete his/her portion of the application including a recommendation to Human Resources. Submit the completed application to Human Resources not later than two weeks after the start of classes.
