Parking:

The nearest accessible parking is the Hicks parking lot. The nearest visitor parking is in the Dupont lot.

Entrance:

There is an accessible entrance at the north end of the building, off the parking lot. There are two ambulatory entrances at the south side of the building.

Stairs:

Two stairways one at each end of the building serve all floors.

Elevator:

There is an elevator to all floors on the east end of the building.

Restrooms:

There is an accessible restroom on lower level and an ambulatory restroom on the second floor.

Safe Waiting Area:

There is a safe waiting area in the stairwell on the third floor at the west end of the building.

About Hicks Hall:

Hicks Hall houses the Engineering Department, an early component of Swarthmore's curriculum that distinguishes it from most liberal arts colleges. The third-floor of the building features the Hicks Murals, painted by James Egleson '29 in 1938.
