The U.S. History, Local History & Genealogy Division of the New York Public Library's Humanities and Social Sciences Library includes many Quaker-related materials.
Most original English Quaker vital records were turned over to the Public Records Office in the 19th century and placed in the relevant county records offices. Some County Records Offices are beginning to develop Web sites. The Archives and Special Collections Department of the University of Hull Library has extensive holdings of Yorkshire Quaker meeting minutes and related records. Leeds University Library also has an large collection of local Quaker records.
The Maryland State Archives has extensive records of the Society of Friends in Maryland, including some original meeting records and microfilm of originals in the repositories at Swarthmore and Haverford Colleges.
