Housing: Housing for the workshop is available at the Mountain View Dorm at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Limited financial assistance is available. If you need a dorm room, please fill out NAU's dorm registration form here.
Click on "Workshops Summer 2006" at the bottom of the page.
Read the page that opens up and click on "Workshop Application - Continue" at the bottom of it.
In filling out the application, you can leave "NAU ID number" blank. The academic department is ESP (Educational Specialties). The department contact person is Louise Lockard. Her phone number is 928 523-8218.
You will need to include a $25 deposit by credit card or check.
The housing rate is $16 per night, double occupancy.
